Darin's Story
Darin Weidauer's path to Medicare advising began long before he ever sold an insurance policy. As a U.S. Military Veteran, he learned the values of service, integrity, and putting others first. Those values never left him.
After his military service, Darin pursued formal training in Gerontology — the study of aging — because he wanted to truly understand the people he was helping. He knew that Medicare isn't just about insurance. It's about protecting the health and financial security of people at one of the most important transitions of their lives.
Darin went on to become a licensed Independent Insurance Agent and a Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA), giving him the tools to help clients not just with Medicare, but with the broader picture of retirement planning — including when to claim Social Security for maximum benefit.
Today, Darin and his wife Ronilin run ECOS Medicare Solutions in Las Vegas. Together, they've helped hundreds of Nevada residents navigate Medicare enrollment, compare plans, avoid penalties, and enter retirement with confidence.
